They took away our Christmas bonus (equal to one week’s pay), and replaced it with one paid day off. Naturally, the customers noticed this and complimented us on our hard work. They asked if we were working towards some kind of reward. I told them “No, in fact they took away our Christmas bonus.” I was fired for telling customers about “confidential company matters”. And they wondered why staff were dropping like flies…
